VidBook Global

Built at Fable 5.1 Build Day · 20 Sep 2026

Overview

A publishing studio that compares AI-generated book opportunities against public book-catalogue data. Helps prepare manuscripts, covers, listing material and exports in PDF, EPUB and DOCX.

The problem

Self-publishing authors pick a book topic on instinct and only find out months later that nobody was buying in that category. AI writing tools made this worse, not better: they generate a book idea and then score their own idea, so the "market demand: 24/25" an author sees is the model grading its own homework. There is no way to check it. The people who pay for this are independent Amazon KDP authors, who spend weeks writing into a category that was already saturated, already stale, or never had readers at all.

How it works

VidBook Global is a publishing studio that starts from market evidence instead of a blank page. Fable 5.1 proposes scored book opportunities, then every opportunity is queried live against three public book catalogs: Open Library, Apple Books and Google Books. Real competing titles, publication years, reader-rating counts and retail prices come back, and the demand and competition scores are recomputed from those records and blended with the model's own claim.

Both numbers are shown side by side with links to the actual competing books, so an inflated claim is visibly corrected rather than quietly trusted. In our runs the model's 88 became 77 once the real catalog data was applied.

From an approved opportunity the studio produces a KDP cover, a full listing kit, a compliance audit, and a grounded chapter-by-chapter manuscript that exports as PDF, EPUB and DOCX. The finished book can then be narrated aloud in a choice of voices, so an author hears how it sounds before committing to audio production.

Signals that cannot be measured are reported as unmeasured rather than zero, so a slow catalog is never mistaken for a dead market.
