Ranks Bhopal’s seven immersion ghats by risk, says where to send oxygen pumps, cleaning staff and testing, and writes Hindi and English WhatsApp briefs.
The problem
BMC officers planning Durga visarjan can't use the water test results buried in long MPPCB PDFs; Bhopal Jal Drishti ranks Bhopal's 7 ghats by risk, says where to send oxygen pumps, cleaning and testing, and writes Hindi/English WhatsApp briefs, with every number traced to its report page.
How it works
Bhopal Jal Drishti is a bilingual (English/Hindi) web app for the BMC officer planning Durga visarjan, built for desktop and phone. It reads 1,524 MPPCB water readings (2023–2025) for Bhopal's 7 immersion ghats and compares them with CPCB bathing-water limits. It gives: (1) a ranked list of ghats, each with a plain-words reason; (2) an Action plan saying where to send oxygen pumps, cleaning staff and water testing, with the rule and the PDF page behind each suggestion; (3) NGT flags for lake ghats, with the nearest permitted alternative sites; (4) a risk map; (5) every number traceable to its MPPCB report page; (6) a Data problems page that shows missing data as missing, never as clean, plus a data-confidence score; (7) WhatsApp-ready briefs for the BMC team, Police and the Public. It works offline after the first load, and briefs still work without AI from a verified template.
