Overview
A municipal complaint-management tool that converts voice, text and photo reports into structured, duplicate-checked tickets. Supports department routing, human approval and accountability reporting.
The problem
We're fixing how municipal complaints get read, classified and routed-right now it's done by hand accross five chaotic channels, and we've turned it into an automated, human approved triage system for the zone office operator.
How it works
We turn a messy complaint- voice, text or photo-- into structured, routed, duplicate-checked ticket in seconds, with a human operator approving every step and report making every department's performance visible!
