Maps government paperwork as a dependency graph and finds circular document requirements — such as a ration card that needs proof of residence that needs a ration card.
What’s the cost?
A mobile-first estimator that shows Indian small businesses what an AI agent would really cost — setup, model, oversight and break-even — in Hindi or English.
The problem
Indian MSME owners are often told that AI agents will save them time and money, but they rarely get a clear answer to the obvious question: “What will this actually cost me?”
Most estimates focus on model or token prices while leaving out setup work, human review, and the cost of the existing process. This makes it difficult for a business owner to judge whether automation is genuinely worth doing.
How it works
“What’s the cost?” is a mobile-first AI-agent cost estimator built for Indian MSMEs.
A business owner describes the task they want to automate and answers a few practical questions. The tool then produces a bill-style estimate showing setup cost, monthly model cost, human oversight, the current cost of doing the work, and the likely break-even period. Every rupee figure is shown as a range rather than a false-precision number.
It works in Hindi and English, requires no account, stores no workflow data, and can still produce an estimate without AI or a network connection.
