The problem

DeFi users on Solana choose where to put stablecoins using headline APY, and much of that number is temporary bonus-token emissions, not real yield. Dashboards don't show what a pool actually paid or how risky it is, so retail users and small treasuries chase "fake yields" and can lose money when the rewards dry up or a protocol fails.

How it works

YieldCompass is a search engine for Solana DeFi yield. It computes realized APY from real share-rate data, separates real yield from emissions, and gives each protocol a 0-100 risk score. Fable 5.1 reads audit reports and docs and returns cited risk factors, and the scoring itself is rule-based so it is reproducible. [A fixed-term senior/junior vault (Anchor, devnet) shows a target return backed by a first-loss buffer, and it only deploys funds into strategies whose onchain risk score is fresh and high enough.] Users see what pools really earned and why they're risky before they commit money. It's non-custodial and informational, and never promises returns.
